Over the last decade I’ve struggled with:

I thought there was no hope for me.

I knew I had to change my daily routine.

I tried many times to change mine.

What was wrong with me?

Over the next months, I took my life seriously, one habit at a time.
I read dozens of books and started applying all I had learned in self-improvement.
But there was still something missing.
Something I felt the self-improvement gurus were not telling us...
That's when I found the missing piece.
